CANCELLATION PENALTIES: (unless otherwise indicated in the quote, confirmation or contract): no penalty for cancellations with at least 72 hours notice, with a notice between 72 and 48 hours 50% penalty, with less than 48 hours notice 100% penalty. In all cases the cancellation must be communicated via email and confirmed by Brubus; for cancellations under term it is also advisable to call Brubus.
